Once spacial adjacencies are set, I will develop the details that will make your project
unique to you.
• Color and Finish Selections
We will discuss the aesthetics that make you happy and comfortable in your
environment. From these discussions, I will present options for color and materials so
that we can select the best fit for your project.
• Appliance and Equipment Specification
We will select state-of-the-art appliances and equipment for your space while keeping
its functionality and your budget in mind.
• Construction Documentation
A graphic legal description of the project will be prepared based on the summaries of our
previous meetings, including, but not limited to; the necessary plans, elevations,
sections, schedules and specifications.
• Bidding Process
A thorough search will be conducted for the contractors that will best suit your needs
and budget. I will coordinate all legal documents with the contractors as well as
administering and conducting the bid process. We will review the bids and select
the most suitable contractor for your project.
Build
• Construction Administration
On-site daily supervision will be provided to ensure everything goes according to the
plans and specifications. If changes occur, I will make certain that all changes are
implemented at the best price in the most efficient manner.
• Post-Construction Punch List
Near the end of your project, an on-site walk-through will be conducted to determine
that all work was completed to the highest of standards. All close-out items will be
coordinated with the contractors upon completion of your project.
